Together, we can make NABIP an indispensable resource for brokers, carriers, and the communities we serve!
Belonging >> Not Bureaucracy
Building NABIP from the ground up so every chapter—and every broker—has a voice.

“I’m Keith Wallace, Region 8 RVP, 23‑year member, and lifelong broker. I’m running for NABIP Secretary because our association’s heartbeat is local, and it’s time national started acting like it.”
Just Ask One
Membership starts with a 1:1 relationship.
Brokers Make the Difference
Keep the association in the hands of people who actually sit across the table from clients.
Stronger Chapters
Tools, training, & funding that hit the local level first.
As NABIP Secretary, my focus will be clear:
- Strengthen Local Chapters: Provide resources, training, and support to build enthusiastic leadership and grow membership from the ground up.
- Maximize the Chapter Management Program: Promote certifications and Blue Ribbon Status as tools for success, sharing data and best practices to lift all chapters.
- Elevate Awards: Treat them as blueprints, not just trophies, and ensure we recognize and replicate excellence at every level.
- Amplify Our Voice: Drive membership growth to boost dues and sponsorships, empowering our legislative efforts and initiatives like the Healthcare Consumer Bill of Rights.
The 2025 Annual Convention in Miami is our chance to set this course. By building a robust foundation starting with our local chapters, we’ll create a pipeline of leaders, a stronger financial base, and a more influential NABIP. That’s why I’m running—to make this vision a reality and ensure Brokers Make a Difference for years to come.
I have been a customer and a friend to Keith for 20 years. In this time, he has shown that what is most important to him is making sure that there is a good fit for the customer and that long term honest relationships are critical. Keith is a pleasure to work with and as a friend, I can attest to the fact that he truly cares about his industry and doing a great job. He is an involved owner as well as deeply involved in his the philanthropic community and he doesn’t just donate money, he takes a leadership role and does the work to be sure that our community is a better place to live.

I have worked with Keith for the past 10 years in Region 8, and he has always been a leader by doing. He is a positive force for good in our association. He is a dynamic leader who works to find solutions, and does not suffer from negative thinking. Keith has risen to the top of two key NABIP committees - Membership and Leadership Development. His work on the Leadership Development committee brought the Leadership Academy (along with his committee) had lead to a great program for NABIP leaders. His work on membership drove improved processes and helped to develop the Membership Dues Model, which is frankly the only reason our membership has stabilized as more and more independent agents are selling to larger firms. He created much of the current collateral and model which the committee currently uses. As a leader at the local, state and national level on committees and as RVP, Keith has done a fantastic job while making those around him want to work - and he supports their good ideas and bring them to fruition. That is the type of leadership we need at NABIP. I wholeheartedly endorse Keith.
